More About Us
We founded NIADIA out of a pure passion for people and our industry. Our goals, ambitions and inspirations have come together to form a truly amazing association that all of us are proud to be a part of. We regularly go above and beyond to ensure our members receive the support, resources and opportunities they need to grow and prosper. To learn more about us, don’t hesitate to reach out - we’d love to hear from you.
A small team of dedicated ADIs working full time in their own driving schools, donate their time and energy to be part of the Management Committee to improve the driver training industry for the benefit of ADIs and AMIs.
These committee members are elected for a three year period and a number of positions are available annually at the AGM.
We welcome members who wish to join our representative team.
Northern Ireland ADI Association representatives will assist you with dealing with issues at a local level and National level by representing the views of members to the DVA and other bodies as required.
Northern Ireland ADI Association, has two representatives on the NIADIC committee (Northern Ireland Approved Driving Instructor Council). Which meets with the DVA to address local and national issues.
We understand that there are several association within Northern Ireland and NIADIA would encourage all instructors to join at least one of these groups to ensure their voice is being heard.
Throughout the year at least three Association Meetings are held, some occasionally by Zoom, to allow as many members to attend as possible.
Members are encouraged to attend to discuss the vital issues affecting the industry as well as the smaller, but still important, issues which may be affecting members at a local level.
